There are a number ways for you to participate in the life of First Quincy:
1. Serving - People gladly serve a cause higher than themselves. That's why the local church exists - to serve God's cause. God uses ordinary people to accomplish His purposes. We invite you to unite with FBCQ and serve God alongside of like-minded people. Whatever it is you like to do, you can serve God by using your desires and gifts that He provided you.
2. Sharing - There are people that you encounter every day. They are ordinary people whose paths intersect yours on a daily basis. We welcome the opportunity to meet your family, friends, and acquaintances. You can invite them to visit with us or we look forward to you introducing us to people you know. They will be encouraged and our church will be enhanced. People meeting people is God's way of sharing the love of Christ with others.
3. Supporting - Giving is God's way of ensuring that the local church continues to exist and advances His kingdom. There are many good causes to support, but none are as significant as the local church. Giving is an act of obedience that pleases God. Tithing should be done willfully because God loves a cheerful giver (2 Cor. 9:7). Through your generous gifts, we can continue to serve God in an unrestricted way. God will honor your generosity (Mal. 3:10).
We genuinely seek your prayers. Pray that God would make us what He wants us to be and uses us to accomplish all that He desires. Please pray for us and unite with us by serving, sharing, and supporting what God is doing!
